3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

- Inform guests about live streaming where required by law or venue policy.
4. Live Streaming Availability
We make every reasonable effort to deliver uninterrupted streaming. However, service quality may be affected by factors beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues, power outages, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or third-party platform interruptions.
5. Recording and Delivery
Recorded videos, highlights, and edited content will be delivered within the timeline agreed upon in your booking confirmation or service agreement, subject to timely client approvals and event conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients retain ownership of their personal event content.
- LiveWedding.org retains ownership of its branding, website content, designs, graphics, software, and production materials.
- Promotional use of event footage will only occur with the client's permission or as agreed in writing.
7. Payments
Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice. Delayed payments may affect service availability, production scheduling, or delivery timelines.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the booking agreement or quotation provided to the client. Any approved refunds will be processed according to the agreed terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveWedding.org is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform failures, or force majeure events.
